As a title agent he has conducted detailed mineral title research in various counties of Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas. He has prepared detailed ownership reports and leasehold reports for both surface and lease acquisition purposes, and has experience researching permitted and producing wells for the purposes of identifying HBP tracts. Jeremiah completed a 60 day Oklahoma HBP training course and has experience chaining surface/minerals and leasehold interests from patent to present.
Jeremiah has extensive experience in the preparation and acquisition of right-of-way easements and related instruments, and in acquiring acreage for pad site locations, as well as locations for water usage and transportation of same. He has experience creating various line lists, prospect folders, databases, and other reports for clients. Jeremiah understands the importance of effectively communicating with client representatives to update on progress of tasks, keep apprised of any potential issues as they arise, and for assignment of new prospects and projects.
Jeremiah is an active member of the IRWA, OCAPL, YPE, and AAPL where he holds an (RL) certification. He is a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard and was awarded the meritorious commendation award, humanitarian award, good conduct medal, and the most improved physical fitness award.
